Private or small-session studio
Start with one reformer. If your programme uses separate apparatus, compare a Maple Stability Chair or Maple Ladder Barrel. Send your room dimensions and the equipment you already use.
Group reformer studio
Request 4, 6 or 8 matching reformers as an initial quotation quantity. Choose one model and share your intended class size, room layout and opening target. Operating space and the final equipment count need to be checked separately.
Mixed-apparatus or branded project
List the reformers, towers, chairs and barrels required for your programme. Add your upholstery references, logo placement and packing needs. Review the OEM colour options and confirm the final sample before production.

- Exact model, configuration, included items and optional extras.
- Quantity and sample options
- Equipment sample orders start at 1 unit. For bulk orders, we recommend 10 units or more. Bulk discounts are available for orders of 10 units or more; the discount amount is confirmed in your quotation.
- Production schedule
- Standard models: 15–30 working days for production. Sea freight usually takes 20–40 days, depending on the destination port. Production and transit are separate periods. Custom-model lead times are confirmed according to the customization requirements.
- Packing and delivery
- Package count, dimensions, gross weight, destination, delivery point, unloading arrangements and quoted shipping terms.
- Price scope
- Currency, quote validity, freight and any destination charges or taxes included in the quotation.
- Warranty and parts
- Frame: 5 years. Springs: 3 years. Accessories: 1 year. Confirm the claim procedure, replacement-part arrangements and transport costs in your quotation.
